Our general principle

Proses Consulting attaches special importance to intellectual property rights, in addition to providing its clients with superior consulting, audit, engineering and training services. It values creativity, innovation and original production; while protecting its own intellectual assets, it respects the rights of third parties with the same diligence. This page explains the intellectual property assets we hold, the terms of use, and the path to follow for claims of rights infringement.

Trademark

The name "Proses Consulting", its logo, corporate colour palette and all visual identity elements associated with the brand are registered with the Turkish Patent and Trademark Office (TÜRKPATENT) and are within the scope of national/international trademark protection legislation.

  • Our brand has become identified in the sector with quality, independence, trust and TÜRKAK-accredited expertise.
  • Using, reproducing, or using our brand in a way that creates confusion with similar expressions without written permission is prohibited.
  • Where a collaboration, reference or dealership relationship is involved, brand use takes place within the framework of a written licence.

Copyright

All content published on our website, in our printed materials and on our digital channels — including written texts, images, video and audio recordings, infographics, data tables, report templates, training presentations and methodology outputs — is under copyright protection by Proses Consulting.

  • Content may be quoted only for personal and non-commercial purposes, with the source cited.
  • Reproduction, republication, commercial use or the creation of derivative works is subject to our written permission.
  • Reports produced within the scope of client projects may be used in accordance with the licence provisions in the contract.

Patent and design rights

We may seek national or international patent/registered design protection for the original measurement methodologies, digital tools, calculation models and process designs we develop. These assets are carefully protected as concrete evidence of our competitive advantage and expertise, and are made available to our clients within the framework of a contract.

Trade secrets and confidential information

Customer data, business strategies, pricing models, audit methodologies and operational know-how are trade secrets of critical importance for the sustainability and competitive advantage of Proses Consulting.

  • This information is kept under security standards compliant with ISO 27001 principles.
  • Access authorisation is role-based and limited by the "need to know" principle.
  • Our employees and suppliers sign a confidentiality undertaking at the start of work; the obligation continues in the post-contract period as well.

Respect for third-party rights

Proses Consulting respects the intellectual property rights of others with the same diligence with which it protects its own rights. For all visual, software, data and standard references used in its service and content production processes, compliance with the applicable licence, permission or open source terms is ensured.

Rights in client deliverables

The usage rights of reports, calculation files and presentations produced for a client within the scope of a project are defined in the relevant service contract. Unless otherwise stated in writing;

  1. The right to use project-specific deliverables belongs to the client.
  2. The Proses methodology, template and know-how underlying the deliverables remain the property of Proses Consulting.
  3. Attribution is mandatory when sharing with third parties.

Infringement notification

If you believe that our intellectual property rights have been infringed, or you notice that your own rights have been used in one of our content items, we kindly ask you to notify us in writing together with documents and evidence. Notifications are reviewed within 15 business days at the latest, the content is removed if necessary, and the outcome is communicated to you.
