Scope and intent
Proses Eğitim, Danışmanlık ve Proje Limited Şirketi, while targeting a high level of quality in all of its consulting, audit, engineering, measurement and training activities, undertakes the responsibility of protecting the health and safety of its employees, caring for the natural environment and safeguarding corporate information. This policy unites the requirements of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 27001 and sectoral social compliance under a single integrated management system framework.
Our policy covers all natural and legal persons to whom we provide services, our employees, our suppliers and all stakeholders affected by our activities.
Quality
- To safeguard the company's performance and continuity at every stage of management and service delivery processes, with the active participation of employees.
- To provide our services in accordance with the TÜRKAK accreditation scope and national and international standard requirements, by prioritising the needs, expectations and satisfaction of customers.
- To apply effective external and internal communication and an appropriate planning methodology for timely, complete and legally compliant delivery.
Environment and sustainability
- To measure, reduce and ensure the continuity of the environmental impact of all our activities, in line with the principle of "protecting and respecting the environment".
- To adopt a risk-focused continuous improvement approach on carbon footprint, water footprint and energy efficiency; to prevent pollution at the source.
- To raise environmental awareness in our customers' activities; to support them in developing preventive methods against air, water, soil and noise pollution.
- To manage our activities from the perspective of the UN Sustainable Development Goals and Science Based Targets (SBTi).
Occupational health and safety
- To provide a safe working environment that prevents injury and deterioration of health for our employees, customers, visitors and all parties with whom we collaborate, in accordance with national and international legislation.
- To apply the "zero tolerance" principle with a proactive approach against occupational accidents and occupational diseases in all of our services.
- To monitor OHS performance with measurable indicators; to place employee participation and consultation at the foundation of the system.
Information security
- To protect corporate information against the risks that may arise within the framework of the principles of confidentiality, integrity and availability, and to minimise the impact of these risks.
- To take the necessary technical and administrative measures to protect information assets; to ensure compliance with all relevant legal legislation.
- To establish the organisational structure, resources and infrastructure so that information security breach reports can be made in a timely manner and action can be taken; to support the development of our customers' technical and behavioural competencies.
Customer experience
- To take a sustainable, customer-focused service approach as the basis when forming the corporate culture and strategy; to aim to add value to all of our customers' processes.
- To adopt a fair, equal and impartial management strategy in order to meet and exceed customer expectations during the delivery of services.
- To use customer feedback as the fundamental data source for evaluating and improving our quality.
Training and competence
- To create a human resource that is environmentally sensitive, respectful of its work, innovative and continuously self-renewing, through planned and need-based unplanned training.
- To establish competence management processes that will increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our systems.
- To meet the training needs of our customers for compliance with developing standards and changing legislation.
Impartiality and independence
- The realisation of services in an objective, independent and impartial manner, free from any conflict of interest.
- To provide the necessary assurances so that our customers and employees can carry out their activities free from concerns about a financial or any other conflict of interest.
- To establish committees that work independently of external influences in decision-making and reporting processes.
Confidentiality and ethical conduct
- Not to transfer any information obtained during the delivery of services to third parties, except for the official requests of authorised public institutions and organisations.
- To maintain a transparent, honest and long-term relationship with all our stakeholders, in line with our ethical values and codes of conduct.
- To apply a zero-tolerance policy against bribery, discrimination and unfair competition.
